Digby & Iona

Those who know Made from Plastic, will know that we are quite fond of hanging the odd charm around our neck and our absolute favourite (this is fact!!!) come from Brooklyn based jewellery company Digby & Iona, whos craft and design are second to none. The designer Aaron Ruff takes his influences from his childhood, with each piece evoking a story of fantasy.

Handsome Clothing

Handsome Clothing was created in response to that ever tricky question, “What does it mean to be handsome?”

With looks obviously at the forefront, everything else seems to just trail behind. The handsome person is also inspired by music, design, philosophy. They also devour information and culture to not only be informed, but to learn. Handsome Clothing has set out to make people look good with mix of quirky, unique and thought provoking print, which are destined to be slapped to the chests of many handsome people.

My First Earthquake

Made from Plastic won't bore you with a long winded piece about My First Earthquake as they are simply an extremely lovable indie pop group hailing from San Francisco. They create infectious jangly, garage pop, with slightly odd lyrics and attitude to match but with a debut album as good as “Downstairs”, who cares.

London Undercover

With Britain’s current state of never ending downpours, Made from Plastic has racked its brain and come up with a solution in London Undercover. It was established by designer Jamie Milestone in 2008 with the aim to turn around the humble umbrella and allow it to reach its potential as an ultimate fashion accessory.

London Undercover uses British culture as the core of its inspiration, giving life to the humble and generally overlooked umbrella so if you have to go outside then Made from Plastic feels London Undercover is the perfect way to keep dry.
