Forgotten Future

Forgotten Future is the new label Central Saint Martin Richard Dawson, setting up it in 2009, stating “I wanted to work for myself, designing product that I passionately believe in, creating investment clothes that a man will have in his wardrobe for years”. His latest collection was inspired by the No Wave scene of the 1970s and constructivist graphics, creating dandy looks with a sophisticated street wear edge.

Jade Rozenbroek

Graduate Fashion Week is always a big one but one of the standout designers from for Made from Plastic was young Ravensbourne graduate Jade Rozenbroek, whose collection was similtanesly modern, elegant and distinguished. She drew inspiration from 1700’s rebel, whilst fussing fit/cuts of modern underground urban kids, creating a modern dandy, with her adventures use of fur and elongated silhouette on the shirting a personal favourite.
She was also selected as one of the 15 graduates to start the MFA in fashion design and society at Parson so surely one to watch!

Anthony Zinonos

Made from Plastic is very pleased to inform you about Anthony Zinonos, who is continually makes and contributing to the world of creativity. The fine art graduate specialises in printmaking and photo media, whilst being the co-founder of Dirt Box (You should know who they are by now!) and is a member of the WAFA collective. His work is clever, original, innocently funny with an exciting pop twist and you already know how much of a fan Made from Plastic is of Dirt Box and I am just as much a fan of his own work so be sure to check him out.

Society6

Made from Plastic has recently been informed about Society6, who connect with artists whilst empowering them, giving artists the ability to sell their work immediately, without giving up control of their rights. What this means for everyone else is that Society6 has an exceptional and vast collection of prints for sale from some of the best undiscovered artists around. They also take some of the best prints, turning them into the most original printed T-shirts around, which why Made from Plastic loves Society6 so much.
